Your CEA Executive Board works hard to advocate on your behalf at the local, state, and even national level. Get to know them!
Ryan "Josh" Martin
I am super excited to lead the CEA. I hope to be able to improve our climate, benefits, and strength over the next few years. To do that, I will need help. My three main focuses will be around celebrations, bargaining, and shared leadership. This year, please consider the one thing you can do to help CEA. Together we will achieve more.

Vice President - Political Action
I support our local, state, and national associations, as well as our partnership with the leaders of Valley Interfaith Project, who all seek to improve the education of Arizona's children, who advocate on behalf of educators and students. Thank you for the opportunity to serve CEA in this role.
I am thrilled to serve and support the CEA as the new Corresponding Secretary. I have been teaching since 2012, but have worked in education since 2003. I have degrees in Business Accounting, Masters of Management, and am close to finished with a Masters of Educational Leadership. I believe all teachers have the right to be equipped with the tools and supports they need to be effective. I look forward to helping serve our community and Chandler staff!
I am proud to say that I have spent my entire educational career (which started in 1996) in CUSD, and have been a member of CEA every step of the way. Whether it's in my role as an Instructional Technology Specialist at the IRC or as a leader of CEA, I love being able to work with the amazing teachers we have across the district.
I am proud to be in my 27th year of teaching, including the last 23 years in Chandler! In my second year as CEA Treasurer, I look forward to serving and advocating for all educators in Chandler.
I have loved being the CEA president the past 6 years, and I am happy to still serve on our Executive Board as Past President. I have worked in CUSD since 1986 and I am grateful to be part of the best district in Arizona. I have semi-retired and will be working part time as a counselor at Sanborn Elementary.
