What is the Members to Member Project Grant?
The Members to Member Project Grant is designed for CEA members to implement an educational project that would not otherwise be funded. Each project should focus on the improvement of student learning through quality teaching and learning that exceeds high, academic standards.
How is the Members to Member Project Grant funded?
The Members to Member Project Grant is funded by dues paid by members of the Chandler Education Association. Individual grants will be awarded in any amount not to exceed $200.
Each grant proposal will be reviewed by the Chandler Education Association Grant Committee using this rubric. Decisions will be made by the Chandler Education Association Grant Committee and the grantees will be announced at the CEA general meeting on December 4, 2018. Letters will be sent to each applicant two weeks prior to the general meeting (approximately November 20) as your attendance in accepting your grant is strongly encouraged.
All Members to Member Project Grant applications should be submitted electronically on the CEA website by 12:59 pm on Tuesday, November 13, 2018. A confirmation of receipt will be sent to each applicant, but applicants are strongly encouraged to print a hard copy of their submission in case of technical difficulties.
